Post by: TL on 16.03.10, 03:05:29 How do I correct my pc problem of no longer recognzing that a cd or cd-rom has been inserted to be played in the pc? It used to recognize and play readily. My pc has Windows (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-w-Windows.html) 98 with 64 RAM (http://www.computerhilfen.com/explanation-r-RAM.html) with lots of memory available. As I said, the pc used to play these discs readily. But now doesn't even recognize one being inserted. Why? How to fix?
